I have booked flights for 25 of us to Spain with Ryanair and am starting to gather information for when we online check in. I have been told I need everybody's passport number, expiry date %26amp; date of birth. Is this correct or do I need to provide anything else?? Can't check on the website until 15 days before departure and i have a lot to of information to gather!|||What a brave person you are, taking responsibility for a group of that size.
You will be required to give the following information from the passport of each person -
Full name, date of birth, gender, passport number, country that issued your passport %26amp; date of passport expiration.
It's extremely important that, when booking, you have given the exact first (christian) name %26amp; surname as it appears on the passport of each individual. This is a common mistake made by people booking on behalf of others and regularly features as a question on this site. Middle names are not asked for in the booking process.
Good luck.|||In addition to the above correct answers you will also need to know how many carry on and checked bags there will be. Then be prepared to pay the fee's for same. In addition to paying the on-line check in fee's for each passenger.
Once at the airport each passenger may also be also ripped off as an over zealous Ryanair agent may well insist they place carry on baggage into an illegally small gage prior to boarding. Then insist on a further 35.00euro surcharge per carry on or deny boarding without refund.
Whatever price you were quoted on-line means nothing. Be prepared to pay a lot more per person. Sorry for your troubles but hope you enjoy your trip.|||Yes your right - only other bit you will need is their full names
Good luck at gathering all that info !
