A club I belong to ownes 2 AS-k13'S. We want to find information on the correct landing attitude of the glider. Our flight manual does not give the correct landing attitude (main wheel, tail wheel, tail and main, skid and main.) I have searched the net and can not find any information that was sourced from Schleicher Aircraft Corp. in regards to the correct attitude.|||You'll touch down level on the main wheel. Just level out a couple of feet off the runway and add spoiler until you settle in. Hit the tailwheel first and you do some damage. It's just meant for ground handling mostly. Wont even stay together if its on the ground and you make a sharp turn on rollout. Never touch down skid first.|||This is incorrect upon questions to other ASK-13 pilots and email to the company that produced this glider the correct landing attitude is tail wheel and main wheel at the same time. Don't give answers unless you know the truth you could in the long run end up killed people.

|||Touchdown on the main wheel with the skid just off the ground. Use the skid as a brake as the nose comes down.
