What Customer information is vital on my customer records of my lawn service business?

I have recently joined as a partner in a lawn service company and I am charged with keeping customer information. This is my first endeavor in a project like this. What information is considered vital, for this business in particular, for tax purposes and customer service purposes. I have a good idea but wanted outside ideas as well. Thank you.|||name address charges and tax. of course. the time and date of the services and always put on the invoice of the present job the date when you serviced thar Consumer last and when they expect service again. and what services were preformed . example mowed front and back lawn, trim ed around walkways and trimmed shrubs ETC.

but you need information such as , is there a dog in the yard. locked gates ETC. and how many and the location of sprinklers , and obstructions that could damage Equipment.

the time it took to do the job and the expenses that were iccured to do each job

and always note if when and what if any problems came up. this is not only accounting . it is called covering your back side.
